A cooperative partnership between the Union Building Trades and Management, UCIP was formed to enhance opportunities by improving market share AND the image of the construction industry. Not only is UCIP responsible for developing a spirit of partnership throughout the workforce, but also expanding the opportunities in the construction industry for women and minorities.

FEDERAL COURT HOUSE
UCIP members are assisting the Federal Government on the EEO committee to meet the goals on the construction of Cleveland's Federal Courthouse.
