Construction Industry Substance Abuse Program

UCIP recognizes that substance abuse is a problem in our society and supports this program as a means to promote and improve a healthy and safe job site for all concerned.

UCIP is dedicated to the encouragement and support of establishing, funding and operating fair, economical and standardized substance abuse testing program that benefits everyone.
